(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic customer communications campaign support services.1. Design:– Development of visual templates and campaign–specific creative, consistent with our brand guidelines, across formats such as letters, postcards, brochures and inserts.2. Copywriting:– Drafting clear, compliant, and audience–appropriate messaging for each communication, with support for multiple tones (informational, promotional, regulatory) as needed.3. Production:– Managing prepress work, proofing cycles and file preparation to ensure print–ready accuracy prior to final approval.4. Printing and fulfilment:– Production runs ranging from small batches (hundreds) to large–scale campaigns (tens or hundreds of thousands), including mailing/fulfilment coordination where applicable.5. Communication deliverables will include:– Postcards and mailers.– Letters.– Posters.– Web banners.– Email campaign graphics.– Social media graphics/content.– Social media toolkits.– Doorhangers and leave–behinds.(2) A mandatory pre–bid telephone conference will be held on November 12, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 02, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for two years.
