(1) Vendor needs to provide before and after school childcare services to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO.– Flexible service model, including site–based centers, regional hub locations supported by transportation, or a combination of approaches.– Safe, reliable, licensed and developmentally appropriate childcare before and after the regular school day.– Affordable family pricing, with meaningful financial assistance, scholarships, subsidies, sliding–scale options, sibling discounts, or comparable affordability strategies.– Ability to provide continuity of care on major school breaks and designated intersession weeks.– Engaging programming that includes recreation, enrichment, social–emotional development, and age–appropriate academic and homework support. – Transportation between schools and designated hubs, when proposed by the Provider and operated in compliance with all applicable requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 1,2026.
