(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive technology transfer advisory and operational support consulting services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. • Consulting firm to provide comprehensive technology transfer advisory and operational support services specific to higher education, as needed and in accordance with the specifications provided here• Development of marketing plans, identification of potential licensing partners, targeted outreach to industry organizations, and facilitation of introductions between university representatives and interested companies• Marketing materials shall summarize the technology, the problem addressed, potential applications, competitive advantages, intellectual property status, and opportunities for licensing or collaboration• Assist the university in identifying and engaging potential commercial partners interested in licensing or further developing university technologies• Review existing institutional intellectual property policies and provide recommendations regarding modernization and alignment with best practices observed at peer research institutions • Conduct portfolio reviews or backlog assessments of invention disclosures• Provide additional advisory services related to innovation management, commercialization strategy, intellectual property valuation, startup development, or other areas relevant to academic technology transfer(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 27, 2026.
