(1) Vendor needs to provide job analyses and civil examinations service to the government authority located in Brooklyn, NY.– Provide City agencies with a steady pool of qualified candidates for hiring consideration into a variety of titles, including those that affect public safety:1. Establish eligible lists based on validated civil service examinations2. Change, as appropriate, based on thorough job analyses, the jurisdictional classification of job titles by broad banding, consolidating or reclassifying from the competitive class to the non–competitive class;3. Develop skill and competency–based assessments based on a thorough job analysis as another pathway for candidates to demonstrate they possess the skills or competencies for a civil service examination;4. Administer large–scale computer–based multiple–choice tests within and external to agency facilities.– Test Development: The selected Contractor(s) shall develop test items and answer keys/methodology that reflect the requirements of the test development plan, and professional practice for assuring reliability, validity, and fairness of test items.– Post–Test Analysis: The Contractor shall analyze all administered written examinations for evidence of item validity, measures of test reliability, and evidence that there is the absence of adverse impact for all protected group members of a gender, educational, and/or ethnic group.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
