(1) Vendor needs to provide translation and interpretation services. – Provide accurate written translation and interpretation services to support customer communications, outreach and education efforts, public engagement activities, and other operational needs. – Services may include translation of documents and design files, as well as virtual and in–person interpretation services– Providing both of the following services:• Written translation services.• Interpretation services.– Providing translation and interpretation services in all of the following languages:• Spanish.• Tagalog.• Vietnamese.• Simplified Chinese.• Traditional Chinese.• Arabic.– Written Translation Services:• Provide written translation services for documents and materials.• Customer communications.• Regulatory notices.• Outreach and educational materials.• Marketing and promotional materials.– Interpretation Services:• Public meetings.• Community events.• Workshops.• Webinars.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
