(1) Vendor needs to provide barricade warning lights and signs service to the government authority located in New Castle, DE.– Plastic drum with orange and white reflective sheeting with 2 Type “A” flashing lights (approximate usage 50/month). – Plastic drum with orange and white reflective sheeting with 2 Type “B” hi–intensity lights (approximate usage 50/month).– Type “B” hi–intensity lights on warning signs (approximate usage 10/month).– Directional arrow board – trailer mounted, gasoline engine, electric starter, clevis hitch (approximate usage 5/year).– Barricade with 2 Type “B” high intensity lights.– Sign stand to hold the bottom of 48” x 48” signs at least 5 feet above the road surface.– 48” x 48” warning signs for construction and maintenance operations (approximate usage 10/month).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
