(1) Vendor needs to provide mathematics instructional materials development services to the government authority located in Maryland.– Design, develop, revise, and deliver a comprehensive Integrated Algebra 1 instructional materials package, including student materials, teacher guidance, assessments, and a modeling–based capstone project.– Instructional materials package must be usable independently of any proprietary vendor platform and include all source files necessary to maintain, revise, reproduce, distribute, publicly post, and create derivative materials from the developed content, as well as for local education agencies to use them.– Student instructional materials.– Teacher guidance materials.– Integrate mathematical reasoning and modeling throughout the course.– Develop assessment materials aligned to the Integrated Algebra 1 standards and instructional expectations.– Develop a culminating modeling–based capstone project that synthesizes major course concepts and supports authentic mathematical investigation and application.– Create derivative works, supplemental resources, implementation guides, professional learning materials, assessment resources, and related materials.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
