(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processing service to the government authority located in NJ. – Agency is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to receive all credit card online payments and expand the patron's payment options to include a web–based solution allowing credit card and other electronic payment options. – Provide a secure process in which payments can be received and then transmitted to the agency. • File transfers:– Send a file to the agency with all paid transactions for the date payment was received. – Establish and maintain a secure web–based platform by which to process credit card payments and other electronic payments such as e–check or PayPal, for transactions.• Payments to the agency:– On a daily basis, the proposer will transfer funds it has collected into an agency account pursuant to wiring instructions that will be provided by the agency.• Reporting and records: – On a monthly basis the proposer must send to the agency a statement itemizing all payments received for that month, along with the actual collections of its own processing fees for that month for such collection work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
