Wicomico County Housing Study - MD-25-CD-1

The County is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants for Project Title to identify the condition of all housing structures in Wicomico County, including all municipalities, except the City of Salisbury. The purpose of the proposal is to analyze the current demographic, economic, and housing market conditions in Wicomico County that will allow the County to develop a housing program to improve the County’s housing stock and provide a greater supply of affordable housing for low to moderate income persons, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.
