(1) Vendor needs to provide administrator government–to–government relationships training service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA. – Provide specialized, educational professional development training that enables agency administrators to effectively implement the Administrator Government–to–Government Relationships Training with confidence, cultural competence, and pedagogical excellence.– Training must result in participants' immediate capacity to deliver curriculum content that is historically accurate, culturally respectful, and educationally engaging.– Training Structure:• Duration: One (1) hour per workshop on subject matter area• Frequency: Contractors will be expected to present their training topic a minimum of four (4) times annually.• Geographic Distribution: Training sessions shall be conducted across State regions to ensure statewide accessibility. Locations will be determined.• Format: Professional development workshops delivered in–person and in hybrid formats, as determined, with an emphasis on hands–on learning.– Each subject matter topic must include:A. Hands–On Subject Matter CurriculumB. Ready–to–Implement Resource DevelopmentC. Cultural Competency and Accuracy TrainingD.
