(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health care unit services to the government authority located in Avondale, AZ.– provide a mobile response to calls such as public intoxication, substance abuse, trauma informed, and mental or behavioural health related events.– CARE Unit is operational 365 days per year from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.– The CARE Unit will conduct proactive outreach in the locations identified by the previous year’s data and will be dispatched through 9–1–1 Dispatch when there are other calls for service.– Proactive outreach is generally around downtown, west side Safeway and Walmart shopping centers, Milton Road, and east side Flagstaff Shelter, food bank, Bushmaster Park, and Safeway shopping center.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
