(1) Vendor needs to provide towing services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.• The selected storage contractors shall have adequate facilities separate from the main storage area to conduct lien sales and auctions.• The selected contractors shall maintain a 24–hour, camera–based security system with online, live access to all camera views of the lobby and yards to tow officers.• All open areas on the properties where storage facilities are located are expected to be secure, fenced, and well–lit with sufficient capacity to handle high volumes of vehicles, including a dedicated area for investigative hold vehicles. (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
