QUALITY-2973 - USA (Doylestown, Pennsylvania) - Water Sampling and Analytical Testing Services - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide water sampling and analytical testing services to the government authority located in Doylestown, PA. – Water testing shall include all specified parameters under the Safe Drinking Water Act and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and shall follow the most recent and accepted procedures defined by the EPA for analysis.– Pool samples are to be collected on Mondays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. All other locations Samples are to be collected Monday to Friday between 7 and 3:30. Prior to collecting samples, designated County staff must be notified an hour in advance.– Reports with laboratory analysis results are to be emailed to department designated staff within 48 hours from the date samples are collected. Reports are to show sample identification number, sample location, test result and the analytical method detection limit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
