(1) Vendor needs to provide legal service to the government authority located in Ardmore, OK.• The provider will offer specialized legal consultation on an hourly basis to assist eligible businesses with access or preparing to access financing.– Services available include:• Assisting with business formation or adopting corporate governance documents• Obtaining needed registrations, licenses, filings, and certifications• Advising on, or preparing documents for, the business to enter contracts• Advising on business structure and formation and preparing corporate governance documents• Preparing and filing formation documents, registrations, licenses, and certifications• Drafting, reviewing, advising on– and preparing documents for the business to enter into contracts• Demonstrating the capacity to provide services both virtually and/or in person at program–designated locations, and confirming willingness to attend program training sessions, check–in meetings, networking events, and outreach activities• Quality and completeness of proposed deliverables and services (2) The contract period will be for one year.
