(1) Vendor needs to provide digital sign services.– Signage Solution must fit within the existing monument infrastructure.– Brand: Samsung. – Screen Dimensions: 4.5’ X 7’ 7.5” X 8” per side.• Solution must fit existing power and dimensions with minimal overlap or border and be sealed to withstand Michigan weather and all seasons. • Pitch: 10mm (P10) minimum, 8mm (P8) ideal. • LEDs: SMD 3–in–1 RGB, Common Cathode, Matte Black Face, 1/8 scan minimum (1/6 or ¼ preferred), 70%–80% drive current at max brightness, Anti–corrosion treatment, coated PCBs. • Specs on the County specific digital display sign. • Specs on the software used to moderate the County specific digital display sign.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
