(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• The Medical Director will deliver comprehensive medical oversight for all EMS operations, including direct and indirect medical direction, narcotics accountability oversight, quality assurance participation, EMS training, and clinical guidance.• Provide Medical Oversighto Deliver both direct and indirect medical oversight for all EMS operations within the Fire Department.o Offer medical consultation for major EMS support functions and provide on–scene medical support when requested by the Incident Commander or designee.• Ensure Regulatory and Clinical Complianceo Maintain agency credentials required for controlled substance procurement and disposal• Provide Training and EMS Educationo Support EMS–related training and educational programs, including academy instruction, skills evaluation, and fire station visits.o Contribute expertise to EMS film production, policy review, CQI program development, and related initiatives(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
