(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Hagerstown, MD. – Perform daily, bi–weekly, monthly, and biennial janitorial services for the district court commissioner’s office area.– Areas to be cleaned are general offices, file rooms, corridors, break room, lobby and restrooms.– Empty trash cans and remove all trash and wipe container exteriors.– Collect and remove all litter in the facilities.– Spot clean building surfaces including walls, door jambs, doorplates, window ledges, desks, file cabinets, storage cabinets, and wood furniture.– Dust all lighting and ventilation fixtures on exterior surfaces.– Two–ply toilet tissue for all bathrooms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
