(1) Vendor needs to provide security boulders service to the government authority located in Flint Parks, MI. – The boulders will be used to improve park security and restrict unauthorized vehicle access.• Natural landscape boulders. Slabs or pavers are not permissible.• Each boulder shall weigh approximately half to (1) ton and be 3 ft – 4 ft wide • Boulders shall be durable, structurally sound, and free from significant cracks or defects that could affect their intended use as security barriers. • Boulders shall be of a size and shape suitable for restricting vehicle access. • The vendor shall identify the proposed boulder type, approximate dimensions, and anticipated weight range in its bid. • Substitutions or significant variations in boulder size or weight must receive approval before delivery.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
