General work description: INTRODUCTION This solicitation is to establish an annual contract to allow the County the ability to procure Iteris brand products, for an estimated annual spend for all cameras, modules, hardware, sensors, processors, etc. is $200,000. This solicitation is for Iteris brand cameras, modules, hardware, sensors, and processors only, NO alternative brands will be accepted for this solicitation. The Iteris brand video detection systems are cameras and video detection hardware used at various intersections throughout the County of Sacramento to manage the traffic of automobiles, bicycles, and motorcycles. These cameras play in integral role in the day to day functions of the traffic within the County of Sacramento as well as the lives of each individual that reside within its boundaries. The annual estimated spend is neither a guarantee nor a promise to procure, rather it is simply a figure estimated by historical spend and predictions by field specialists. DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS For the specifications of the items pertaining to this solicitation, please see “2022-RFB-0009 Pricing Sheet”. Specification sheet are also provided as attachments to this Request for Bids. Each item listed is for a quantity of one (1) each. The annual quantity of each item of equipment is unknown at this time. The price given for each item is to remain firm and fixed for the initial first term of the contract.
