(1) Vendor needs to provide website content management system migration service using WordPress CMS. – Provide Web content management services to migrate current public website to a new Web Content Management System (CMS) to take the place of the existing WordPress system currently used to manage the agency’s public website, including transitioning .gov as the primary domain URL.• Implement the Town–approved UI/design direction in the selected CMS and migrate existing content into approved templates. • Migrate WordPress content to the selected CMS, including page content, PDFs/documents, approved images, videos, links, redirects, and metadata. • Resolve any immediate broken WordPress pages during migration. • Provide emergency after–hours support for outages, security issues, and critical public information needs. • Include CMS updates, security patches, and version upgrades in the maintenance contract. • Provide role–based CMS training, including workflow approvals and compliancy checking, before launch. • Provide a project kickoff and requirements review with IT and designated agency staff. • Provide a URL redirect plan for migrated pages, documents, and major links. • Domain/URL ownership and management shall remain with the Town, include DNS. • Vendor shall identify any additional page types or templates needed to support CMS functionality. • Images shall support required alt text or decorative image designation before public use. • CMS shall include tools to find and update hyperlinks across pages, navigation, and CMS content areas. • Platform shall support and configured by Vendor/Town IT for Microsoft Azure single sign–on using Town email accounts. • Send messages to all active CMS users. • Full–featured user–friendly page editor. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
