(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband engineer service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA. – Third–party broadband engineer firm or company (herein after, third–party contractor) to provide final inspection services for all project areas.– Conduct full physical inspection of completed network in all project areas to include visual field check of utility poles, underground vaults, pedestals, central offices, and customer drop locations.– Compare physical installations against maps and as–built documentation, including permits and right of way approvals.– Complete documentation of inspection with any concerns or discrepancies to be corrected properly noted. Documentation may include but is not limited to photos, notes, redlines, and issue logs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
