EXTRA-74403 - USA (Texarkana, Texas) - Golf Course Management Service - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide golf course management service to the government authority located in Texarkana, TX.a. Operating and overseeing the entire facility, including daily operations and staffing;b. Establishing operating practices and administering policies consistent with agency goalsc. Hiring, compensation, training, discipline, and termination of on–site staff including full disclosure of the proposed employment structure (e.g., direct Respondent employees, System–affiliated employer, or other model) and treatment of any current on–site staff at Eagle Reserve;d. Implementing an agreed–upon schedule of prices for all classes of membership, guest fees, event play, and initiation fees, subject to annual approval by the agency Representative;e. Developing and executing a club marketing and golf sales strategy integrated with agency goals;f. Establishing an annual operating budget, subject to agency Representative approval;g. Delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting, including management of AP/AR, operational cash flows, and payroll processing;h. Reconciling and reporting cash position and bank balance on a schedule specified by agency;i. Conducting routine member/event billing and distributing member correspondence;j. Strategic and future capital planning input for the golf course and clubhouse, in coordination with any concurrent or future design–build renovation contract.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
