(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate transportation services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Provide interstate transportation of said inmates from and to locations.– Employ pre–employment screening measures for all potential employees.– Require the completion of a minimum of 100 hours of employee training before an employee may transport violent inmates.– Maximum driving time.– Provide notification as soon as practicable to the governmental entity or the privately–run incarceration facility that contracted with the transport company.– Medical Conditions that exclude persons from around transport eligibility.– Custom transport.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
