(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan service to the government authority located in Wayzata, MN.    – Comprehensive plan, which will guide the community’s future related to land use and development, transportation, housing, community facilities, parks and open space, and overall community character.    – Plan will help city staff, elected officials, stakeholders, and community members guide decision–making.– Provide a measured assessment of present conditions and future opportunities using a solid, data–driven basis to evaluate city needs to formulate goals and implementation strategies.– The consultant will be responsible for maintaining a website devoted to the project for the duration of the process.– This project will take a fresh look at previous studies and plans, existing conditions, market and economic realities, and resident stakeholder input to develop a strategically prepared plan.– The website will be integrated into the website.– Consultant responsibilities and public participation activities.– Provide content for the project website and social media.– Comprehensive plan.– Design standards handbook.– Parks and trails master plan.– Strategic plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 06, 2026.
