26RFCSP87 Historic Courthouse Elevator Refurbishment

Williamson County intends to refurbish the elevator at the Historical Courthouse to improve overall system reliability and performance, replace aged components, upgrade existing Firefighters' operation to comply with current life safety code requirements, and upgrade elevator car and corridor pushbuttons and signature fixtures to comply with current requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the existing car and hoistway door equipment will be upgraded to provide safe and reliable operation, recondition retained equipment and upgrade existing building conditions to comply with current National and City elevator safety code and building code requirements. Mandatory pre-solicitation meeting, followed by mandatory site walk. A 5% bid bond of the total bid price - must be submitted with respondence submission.
