CONS-23862 - USA (Lusby, Maryland) - Home Accessibility Modification Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide home accessibility modification services to the government authority located in Lusby, MD.– Provide leadership and support promoting employment, economic self–sufficiency, and independence of individuals with disabilities.– At the Kitchen area, between the kitchen and the hallway connecting the bathroom and other living areas, replace a 1x wood threshold with a metal transition strip per the drawings. – At the Living Room remove two–piece 1x wood plank serving as threshold separating the entry foyer ceramic tile area from the wood floor finish area of the living room. – Replace the threshold separating the ceramic tile area from the wood floor area with a metal transition strip per the drawings. – Install an automated door opener on the main entry door. – Replace the existing main entry door hardware with an ADA compliant Lever type hardware and install an automated door opener on the main entry door. (2) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
