(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Sherman, TX. • Wipe down/down all hard flat surfaces to include tables and shelves to remove dust• Sweep and mop hard surface floors• Vacuum any carpets in the area• Spot Clean any carpets in the area• Clean all bathroom fixtures• Clean all countertops• Sweep and mop all floors• Replace/Refill all toilet tissue, paper towel, and soap dispensers.• Empty trashcans and replace liners• Wipe down all hard flat surfaces to include tables• Vacuum if carpeted and spot clean if needed• Sweep and mop hard surface floors(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026(3) The contract period will be for two years.
