(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic monitoring solution.– Provide a fully integrated, pole–mounted radar–based traffic monitoring solution capable of non–intrusive individual vehicle detection and logging.– The System must: • Operate without external equipment cabinets or external solar panels. • Provide individual vehicle data (speed, lane, timestamps, classification) automatically to a cloud server. • Store data locally and automatically backfill the cloud server upon restoration of communications. • Send data to a cloud server via built–in 4G or 5G cellular connectivity for remote data access. • Have an internal camera for alignment, electronic tilt/level sensing for setup, and Bluetooth and Ethernet capability for local configuration.• The configuration software shall include an “auto–lane” automated lane configuration mode to streamline field installation and reduce deployment time• The cloud–hosted dashboard shall display device locations on the map using radar generated GPS coordinates. • The dashboard shall provide quick access to radar information, including each site’s operational status, average speed, and speed alerts, as well as up–to–date camera snapshots from the radar’s camera.• Alerts for offline devices, low battery, tilt/level changes, or configuration errors shall be managed through cloud notifications and/or email. • The System shall generate a “no–call” alert in the case of a communication outage exceeding the user's specified time out. • The Cloud server shall report the history of changes to the radar configuration.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
