Frederick County Parks and Recreation is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform asphalt paving, asphalt resurfacing, and chip seal applications for various parking lots, trails, and other paved surfaces located throughout Frederick County park facilities. All work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
