(1) Vendor needs to provide drug testing services to the government authority located in Geneva, IL.• Drug Testing, Court Services CollectionA. County staff will continue to supervise and collect urine samples on–site.B. Vendor will provide all collection equipment, containers, pre–paid postage or courier mailers, packaging, labels and related materials. Cost of shipping to be charged to the vendor.C. Agency is interested in exploring the use of testing via oral swabs and skin patches and would request information/ pricing for both oral swabs and skin patches.• Drug Test Result ReportingA. Vendor must provide results to agency Court Services within 48–hours of receipt of sample, unless vendor indicates during this process that specialized testing will be in excess of 48 hours. In those instances, vendor must indicate in submitted response the expected length of time.B. Vendors will provide results, reports and records to agency Court Services at no additional cost to the County.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
