(1) Vendor needs to provide volunteer and guest services management services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – Provide volunteer and guest services management and support at agency airport. – Management of airport volunteers including providing administrative and supervisory staff to support the 450+ navigator program volunteers by organizing and training volunteers for the airport information counters and identified essential areas during airport business hours.– Management and training of the navigator chaplain program.– Management and training of the teen navigator program.– Management and training of the navigator buddies pet therapy program.– Providing support staff for the airport's compassion corner where staff will provide assistance to airport passengers utilizing the sensory room, visiting the chapel, or needing special assistance.– Supporting stranded airport passengers with various needs.– Management of the employee connection center, by providing staff to support airport employees seeking convenient access to agency resources and amenities to support their workplace needs.– Provide day–to–day operations and management of agency's volunteer programs and guest services:• Manager – Directs the Assistant Manager, Coordinators, Supervisors, Receptionists and GSRs.• Assistant manager – Delivers training and assists with daily oversight of operations and staffing.• Supervisors – Directs GSRs in their daily operations at the Airport.• Coordinators – Will be located in the volunteer offices managing volunteers and helping with any program needs.• Guest Service Representatives (GSRs) – Will be located at guest service–related locations.• Receptionist – Will staff the front desk of the badging office and the front desk headquarters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
