(1) Vendor needs to provide beautification, illegal dumping, heavy trash tree waste collection, litter abatement, and graffiti abatement services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Beautification Services: – • Coordinate directly with the District Office regarding requests from constituents, known hot spots, and additional reported locations, including weekly surveillance and collaboration with other stakeholder groups and city departments. This includes partnership with the District J Supplemental Maintenance Team• Coordinate weekly sweeps (as a preventative measure) throughout designated zones in District and, as requested, join the District Office in the field for special events– Illegal Dumping, Heavy Trash/Tree Waste Collection, Prevention, and Surveillance: – • Conduct a thorough assessment of illegal dumping hotspots within District.• Coordinate with local law enforcement to support investigations and prosecutions related to illegal dumping.• Coordinate with local law enforcement to address abandoned homeless encampments and illegal street vendor equipment on a weekly basis.– Litter Abatement• Coordinate directly with the District Office regarding requests from constituents, known hot spots, and additional reported locations, including weekly surveillance and collaboration with other stakeholder groups and city departments.• Implement a comprehensive litter abatement plan for District , including regular cleaning schedules for public areas, parks, and roadways
