(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communications services • Provide strategic marketing and advertising advice and recommendations through research and planning• Agency will facilitate the purchase of out–of–home media, broadcast media, and digital, web, internet and mobile media platforms.• Out–of–home includes any print or digital media designed to reach consumers when they are away from home, in–transit, or commercial locations.• These include billboards, signage, transit, and many emerging technologies.• Establish and maintain all digital advertising accounts (including to search, social, display, programmatic, and connected television platforms).• Review and manage all reports provided by the various media outlets to insure that ads are delivered as agreed.
