(1) Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.– Provide staff augmentation services for the engineering department.– Professional engineering support to supplement existing staff resources associated with development review and permitting activities.– Providing technical and project support to city staff.– Assisting customers and stakeholders with interpreting and navigating development regulations and permitting requirements.– Reviewing engineering plans and supporting permit issuance activities.– Organizing and maintaining digital project files and related documentation.– Performing duties consistent with city engineering staff as assigned.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
