Vendor needs to provide promotional products, branded apparel, and visual communications services.– Promotional products and branded merchandise:– Including but not limited to drinkware, bags and totes, writing instruments, notebooks, technology and charging accessories, keychains, lanyards, magnets, decals, umbrellas, sunglasses, tools and flashlights, wellness items, and food and confection gifts.– Decorated apparel, headwear, and spirit wear:– Including but not limited to custom decorated T–shirts, polos, sweatshirts, fleece, outerwear, performance apparel, headwear, and team, spirit, and event wear; and decoration services including screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, direct–to–garment, sublimation, and name and number personalization.– Banners, temporary signage, and portable displays:– Including but not limited to vinyl and mesh banners, pole banners, feather and blade flags, yard signs, A–frame signs, retractable banner stands, step–and–repeat backdrops, magnetic signs, window clings, floor graphics, and related frames, stakes, and cases.– wide–format print, environmental graphics, and vehicle graphics:– Including but not limited to large–format and rigid substrate printing, posters, mounting and laminating, wall and window graphics, dimensional lettering and cut vinyl, and vehicle wraps, decals, and lettering for non–emergency and administrative vehicles.– Trade show, event, and exhibit solutions:– Including but not limited to pop–up and modular exhibit systems, tabletop displays, printed table covers, tents and canopies, inflatable displays, counters and literature racks, shipping cases, exhibit rental programs, and on–site setup and dismantle services.– Printed collateral, forms, and direct mail services.– Community outreach and safety education materials.– Online stores, program management, and fulfilment.
