REAR FACING ADA SECUREMENT – LABOR (Request for Proposal) AND PARTS (Invitation to Bid)

Lane Transit District (LTD) is seeking contracts for parts and a qualified contractor to perform the removal of existing rear-facing securement devices and install two (2) Q-Straint Quantum automatic wheelchair securement stations on each of nineteen (19) New Flyer XD60 Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) articulated buses. All work must be performed in alignment with Q-STRAINT manufacturer installation requirements, LTD facility rules, and all applicable federal, state, and industry safety standards. The RFP process is to identify and award the most responsive, reasonable, and responsible qualified Contractor based on selection through the evaluation criteria set forth determining the best solution and value for LTD and the project.
