Description
Leon County, Florida (the County) has developed this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified firms capable of providing a highly reliable, geo-diverse, redundant, user-friendly Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) system. The NG9-1-1 system is comprised of several components including: NG9-1-1 Call Handling Equipment (CHE), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Next Generation Core Services solution (NGCS), and an Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet). These combined components will be designed to provide 9-1-1 services to the Consolidated Primary, Secondary, and Backup Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP).
