St. Augustine Municipal Marina and Lighthouse Park Boat Ramp Dock Repairs - Hurricane Milton

The St. Augustine Municipal Marina docks located at 111 Avenida Menendez, St. Augustine, Florida 32084, and the Lighthouse Park Boat Ramp Dock located at 446 Ocean Vista Avenue, St. Augustine, Florida 32080 were severely damaged because of Hurricane Milton. The docks require demolition and replacement of wood walers, thru-rods and floating concrete finger piers. The contractor may utilize existing shop drawings from the original design and installation. The contractor shall be responsible for any changes in code compliance, engineering data or requirements including electrical, structural, plumbing, life safety and environmental engineering and permitting which may have changed since the drawing date. All project work shall meet regulatory codes of compliance at date of the project. The contractor shall provide all design, engineering, materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and permitting necessary to complete the project. City of St. Augustine shall pay for city permitting. The contractor shall provide all Project Administration and Oversight including all agents and subcontractors.
