Description
Volusia County is soliciting bids for elevator modernization at the Volusia County Historic Courthouse located at 125 W New York Ave, Deland Florida. The project consists of two (2) elevators that are intended to be overhauled to meet new code requirements. The awarded vendor shall be responsible to provide all necessary labor and materials to complete the work as requested. Project costs shall be inclusive of Preventative Maintenance, Service, testing and part replacement for the 12-month warranty period following final acceptance of the modernization in accordance with the Portfolio Master Elevator Service Agreement. Please refer to the corresponding attachments for the full scope of work.
