(1) Vendor needs to provide independent auditor service to the government authority located in Brigham, UT. – Providers and consultants is to enter into a contract with a qualified independent auditor to provide audit services. – Sit on and advise as the audit director the district audit committee which consists of three box elder school board members, the superintendent and the business administrator.– Recommend and establish an internal audit program for the programs administered by the local school board upon approval from the audit committee.– Perform the internal audit function in accordance with current international standard for the professional practice of internal auditing or the governmental auditing standards issued by the comptroller general of the united states.– Perform independent appraisal of internal control systems, risk, and efficiency of the school district operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10,2026
