WATER-0954 - USA (College Station, Texas) - Reverse Osmosis and Deionized Water Systems Maintenance Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide reverse osmosis and deionized water systems maintenance services to the government authority located in College Station, TX.• Provide laboratory water purification services including water softening, reverse osmosis (RO), and research–grade deionized (DI) water.A. Cleaning of University–owned and leased equipment.B. Filter replacements.C. Filter vents.D. Exchanges on furnished leased DI and water softener resin tanks.E. Complete Original Equipment Manufacturer field service updates for operational and reliability engineering change notices.F. Calibrate and lubricate the equipment.G. Perform remedial maintenance of non–emergent nature.H. Test and replace faulty and worn parts.I. Inspect/replace electrical wiring and cables for wear and fraying.J. Inspect all mechanical components including, but not limited to; cables and mounting hardware, chains, belts, bearings and tracks, interlocks, clutches, and motors for mechanical integrity, safety, and performance to Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications.K. Return the equipment to operating conditions defined in Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications.L. Replace any Original Equipment Manufacturer labels, decals, or warning tags that are not legible.M. Emergency repairs and non–preventative maintenance parts shall be approved by Director of Facilities Services or his designee before any work is done.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
