(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment services to the government authority located in Charles Town, WV.– Consultant to recruit, and assist in hiring, a new City Manager.• Develop a position profile and advertisement. • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for City Manager recruitment (print, web, social media, targeted calls, etc). • Implement a direct networking campaign for top talent that may include regional, in–state and local elements as determined during the initial meetings with the City. • Review the applications received, comparing them to the desired candidate profile and work with the city who will provide feedback regarding candidates who should advance in the process. • Schedule interviews • Advise Personnel Committee on the qualifications of candidates, develop a list of recommended candidates for interviews, provide a written report summarizing the overall candidate pool and the qualifications of those selected to interview.
