STAFF-17012 - USA (Henrico, Virginia) - Part-time Treatment Coordinator Service - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide part–time treatment coordinator service to the government authority located in Henrico, VA. – Treatment Coordinator shall be a Licensed Clinician.– Participants generally are diagnosed with co–occurring substance use disorders and mental health disorders.– Treatment Coordinator will complete a biopsychosocial assessment and diagnostic evaluation utilizing evidenced based screening tools.– Licensed Clinician is expected to:1. Perform initial assessments and participant check–ins as needed2. Attend court two (2) dockets a month3. Attend weekly virtual staffing meetings4. Document assessments and client contact in Electronic Health Record(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
