(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based comprehensive software system.– Comprehensive software system that will integrate both meat processing and retail operations into one program.– Provide a centralized source of operational data while allowing each department to access the information and tools necessary to perform its responsibilities.– Provide the ability to manage livestock information from the time an animal is scheduled for harvest through processing and final product distribution.– System should allow the meat processing department and lands department to coordinate livestockscheduling and facility production.– System should allow management to see what animals and customers are scheduled, what productioncapacity is available, and what resources will be required on a particular processing day.– System should maintain the identity of the animal throughout the slaughter process so that information can continue through chilling, fabrication, processing, packaging, and final product inventory.– Software should provide visibility into daily production activities and allow management to track products as they move through the facility. – Inventory management and traceability.– Retail point–of–sale and sales management.– System should allow the facility to manage the customer relationship from appointment through final payment.– Wholesale and commercial customer management.– Financial management and accounting integration.– Reporting, analytics, and management dashboards.– Mobile and tablet compatibility.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting was held on September 23, 2026.
