EXTRA-75013 - USA (Edina, Minnesota) - Comprehensive Project Management and Planning Support Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive project management and planning support services to the government authority located in Edina, MN.– Provide project management, planning, and technical support for the City's 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update.– Comprehensive Plan, emphasizing usability, strategic direction, and alignment with current City priorities while meeting Metropolitan Council requirements.– Create all tables, charts and other graphics necessary for meeting Metropolitan Council minimum requirements. – Coordinate with the City’s public engagement consultant to incorporate public feedback.– Assist City GIS staff to generate maps required for each Chapter, including layer creation and editing.– Assist staff to incorporate feedback received by peer agencies during intergovernmental review.– Assist staff in identifying tools and best practices to address existing and projected housing needs.– Coordinate closely with Engineering staff and consultants to ensure the land use plan is aligned with adequate transportation improvements.(2) All the questions head been on August 17, 2026.
