MOTOR VEHICLES: LOW FLOOR MINI VANS

The purpose of this bid package is to provide the County of Ocean with a Contractor who will supply new model year 2021, or newer Motor Vehicles as specified herein. The minivan(s) are to be used in the County's fleet to provide demand response service. The minivan(s) shall meet all applicable FMVSS, State of New Jersey, ADA, EPA requirements and Society of Automotive Engineers (S.A.E.) recommended practices. The vans shall meet Altoona Testing requirements. For the minivans, a copy of the test report executive summary (4 yr/100,000 mile Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act test) shall be submitted with the bid. The manufacturer must show proof of ISO 9001:2015 Certificate which certifies they have been certified and meet the rules set forth with regard to Design, Manufacture and Assembly of wheelchair accessible vehicles.
