(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive mail processing program services including process outgoing, incoming and internal mail; receive, sort and perform clerical processing tasks; pickup and deliver mail to the government authority located in Beltsville, MD.– Different types of mail to be processed include but are not limited to internal agency mail and distribution; Postal Service first–class, priority, second class, third class, and fourth class (includes library or book rate); registered, certified, express, nonprofit; bulk (i.e. packages, books, metal boxes, and other oversized items) and other similar mailroom services
