GIS-2116 - USA (Pomona, New York) - High Resolution Aerial Photography and Geospatial Data Products Supplies - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide high resolution aerial photography and geospatial data products supplies to the government authority located in Pomona, NY.1. Aerial imagery:– Cloud–free imagery is required for this project. Acquisition shall occur under optimal ground and atmospheric conditions, including leaf–off periods and visibility conditions free of clouds, snow, ice, flooding, and significant haze.2. Geographic extent:– The required coverage for both orthophotography and oblique aerial imagery shall include the full extent of county, state, encompassing approximately 176 square miles.3. Ground resolution:– All orthophotography and oblique imagery shall be collected and delivered in natural color at a minimum ground sample distance (GSD) of 3 inches.4. Aerial imagery:– Cloud–free imagery is required for this project. Acquisition shall occur under optimal ground and atmospheric conditions, including leaf–off periods and visibility conditions free of clouds, snow, ice, flooding, and significant haze.– The resulting dataset shall be processed into a seamless, digital orthorectified natural–color imagery product suitable for both visualization and analytical use within a GIS environment.– The selected firm shall provide complete FGDC–compliant metadata documenting acquisition and processing details, including flight date and time, spatial resolution, coordinate reference system, horizontal and vertical accuracy, sensor and camera specifications, and post–processing methodologies.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for five years.
