PHAR-2263 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Statewide Pharmacy Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide pharmacy services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Comprehensive statewide pharmacy services for all 21 correctional facilities operated.– Pharmacist screening of every order prior to dispensing for medication interactions, allergies, duplicate therapies, excessive dosage, formulary status, and early refills (prospective DUR);– 24/7/365 availability of a licensed pharmacist for emergency and non–emergency consultation, order clarification, and first–dose review.– Provide a monthly electronic report of all urgent medication events, including backup pharmacy utilization.– Encompasses end–to–end service delivery: sourcing and purchasing of medications; prescription processing and dispensing; packaging; distribution and delivery logistics; clinical pharmacy services; formulary management and non–formulary authorization; controlled substance; technology, integration and reporting; returns and reclamation; quality assurance; and administration.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
