(1) Vendor needs to provide academic portfolio and curriculum service to the government authority located in Silver, NM. – Support the rapid, responsible expansion of agency’s academic portfolio through high–quality, credit–bearing online curriculum, qualified instruction, implementation assistance, technology integration, student support, and ongoing program services.– Provide launch–planning assistance and editable marketing content that agency may adapt to its brand and approval requirements.– Provide security documentation requested by agency, including data flows, hosting locations, subcontractors, incident–response procedures, business–continuity plans, and independent security assessments or certifications.– Agency seeks a flexible solution that allows the agency to launch and evaluate stackable workforce–aligned certificates and other academic pathways without requiring immediate development of every specialized course or the hiring of multiple full–time faculty before enrollment demand is established.– The selected solution must preserve agency’s authority over curriculum, academic standards, student records, credit, credentials, and institutional decision–making.– Provide an established portfolio of asynchronous or primarily asynchronous, credit–bearing online courses suitable for incorporation into accredited undergraduate programs.– Provide or coordinate qualified instructors who meet agency, accreditor, and applicable regulatory expectations for the assigned discipline and course level.– Provide a documented implementation plan, assigned project lead, responsibilities matrix, and launch timeline.– Integrate course access and learning activities with agency’s Canvas learning management environment or provide a functionally equivalent, secure process acceptable to agency.– Provide accessible onboarding, orientation, and technical support for participating students.– Provide in–semester progress data and end–of–term reports at the student, course, and program levels.– At minimum, report enrollment, participation, completion, withdrawal, grades, learning–outcome results, student feedback, and relevant support activity.– Provide an orderly transition plan at contract expiration or termination that minimizes disruption to enrolled students.– Allow students already enrolled in an approved sequence a reasonable opportunity for teach–out, subject to agreed terms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
